DOVER - Richard W. Dean, 83 of Dover died Saturday February 27, 2021 at his home with his wife.
He was born June 15, 1937 in Chicago, Illinois the son of Cyril Joseph and Lillian Kathleen (Schreder) Dean.
Richard served his country in the Army from 1960 to 1962.
Members of his family include his wife of 51 years Sallie Gail (Graben) Dean of Dover; his daughter Susan Dean and her husband John Moore of Iowa City, Iowa; half sister Ginny Kussman; and niece Deanna Kussman.
