Neighborhood residents invited to picnic celebrating Nancy Loud Park

EAST ROCHESTER - The Rochester Recreation & Arena Department will host East Rochester community members and neighbors of Nancy Loud Park for a neighborhood picnic celebrating the new park and playground, which officially opened in October.

The event will take place on May 16, from noon-2 p.m., with a rain date of May 17. Attendees are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch and enjoy yard games, music, and a community art project. The event is free and open to the public. Parking at the venue is limited and attendees are encouraged to walk or carpool when possible.

In the event of cancellation, updates will be posted on the Rochester Recreation & Arena Department website and social media pages at Rec.RochesterNH.gov.
