ROCHESTER - Holy Rosary Credit Union announced last month that their garden at the Rochester branch has been officially dedicated as Richard "Dick" Sylvain's Memorial Garden.
Sylvain was a former staff member and longtime volunteer who passed away in 2016 after 43 years of dedicated service to HRCU.
A ceremony was held recently to recognize Sylvain's service with members of his family, HRCU President & CEO Brian Hughes, and Chairman of the Board of Directors Dana Flanders.
