ROCHESTER – It could be the hint of sweetness in the sauce, it could be the caramelized flavor infused from hitting a hot griddle or maybe it's the gooey cheese that tops it off.
Not exactly sure. But whatever it is, whatever they’re doing down at the Rochester Bad Brgr definitely works.
I ordered a single Bad Brgr with all the fixins’ along with an order of fries. It was out in about eight minutes piping hot.
When I first took a look at it I was impressed with the quality and quantity of the sliced tomato, grilled onions and lettuce along with a thick yummy dose of melted cheddar cheese and pickles.
These burgers are extremely juicy and delicious, so make sure you get plenty of napkins, cause you’ll need them.
Since I require a mouthful of fries with every burger bite I was pretty much stuffed by the time I’d eaten half the burger.
These burgers are savory, sweet and satisfying, among the best Rochester has to offer.
Bad Brgr is located at 195 Wakefield St., in the Fisher Marketplace, formerly known as the Lilac Plaza.
