ROCHESTER - The City of Rochester will begin flushing fire hydrants on Sunday and will continue through June 11. The majority of flushing will be scheduled between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. and is expected to be completed within six weeks. As a result of flushing, slight discoloration may be noticed in your water.
