DOVER - A Rochester woman accused of dispensing a fatal dose of fentanyl to a Rochester man in 2024 is facing a life sentence if convicted.
Judith M. Bennett, 41, of 105 Whitehouse Road, allegedly "knowingly dispensed a quantity of the controlled drug fentanyl, to Donald Harriman, ... who died as the result of ingestion" on Nov. 30, 2024, according to the charging document.
Ironically, Harriman, who died at the of 53, was accused in 2021 in the 2019 fentanyl overdose death of Amanda Morse of Rochester, who left behind four children.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather that enough evidence has been gathered to move forward to trial.
