DOVER - The man who held up a Dover pizza place in November pleaded guilty to the robbery on Friday and was sentenced to three-to-six years in state prison.
According to a police affidavit obtained by The Rochester Voice, Brice Charest, 36, of Mineral Park Drive, Dover, entered the back door of Papa Jay's Pizzeria on Broadway around 7:10 p.m. on Nov. 26, and pointed a pistol at each of the employees.
"The suspect then grabbed a hold of (one of the employees), pressed the gun to the side of his head and forced him to the ground," according to the affidavit.
Two days later a tipster called police and said they identified the suspect as Charest through surveillance images that had been circulating on media.
