SEABROOK – One person is deceased after being struck by a tractor-trailer on Interstate 95.
The incident occurred around 7 a.m. on Tuesday on I-95 in Seabrook. When Troopers arrived, they confirmed that, for reasons that remain under investigation, a pedestrian had been in a traffic lane and was struck by a 2014 Volvo tractor-trailer. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene.
