NASHUA - Three individuals from Nashua have been charged with trafficking controlled substances, accoding to the U.S. Attorneys Office.
Rony Guzman-Encarnacion, 31, and Sabrina Cespedes, 27, both of Nashua, were arrested on a complaint on Thursday and charged with distribution and possession with the intent to distribute controlled substances, as well as conspiracy to distribute and possession with the intent to distribute.
