Mobile home fire victim identified as Woodstock man, 85

WOODSTOCK – The victim of a mobile home fire on Thursday has been identified as an elderly Woodstock man.
Artemas Latham, 85, died of smoke inhalation, according to the Medical Examiners Office. While the death was ruled accidental, the investigation into the origin and cause of the fire is ongoing.
The blaze broke out around 4:30 a.m. Thursday in a mobile home on Scenic View Drive.
