Harold was born July 6, 1977, in Rochester, to Ivan E. Gagne (Deceased) and Barbara C. (Baribeau) Gagne.
He attended Farmington High School.
He was a contractor by trade.
Harold was a true friend, someone who would give you the shirt off his back (he was often seen with no shirt).
