- ROCHESTER - Barbara Irene Savard, 70 of Cedarbrook Village, died on Thursday, October 29th, 2015, after a courageous battle with lung cancer.
Barbara was born on January 4th, 1945, in Westbrook, Maine. The daughter of Roy and Flora (Harmon) Sherman, she attended Thornton Academy in Saco, Maine and retired from Liberty Mutual.
Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Joseph J. Savard, her sister Ella Jolin, of Hermon, Maine, two nephews; Jonathan Jolin, his wife Tricia and their daughter Katelyn of Raleigh, N.C., and Rony Patrick Michaud of Vermont.
Barbara's greatest joy was lovingly taking care of her two Pomeranians, Foxy and Sophie.
