EAST ROCHESTER - Viola Louise Perkins, 77, 72 Highland St., died Friday Feb. 27, 2015 at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.
Born Feb. 21, 1938 in Gonic, she was the daughter of the late Philip and Laura (McCarthy) Williams. She was a homemaker who liked crocheting, crafting, cooking and jigsaw puzzles. She also enjoyed oil painting and watching TV.
The widow of James A. Perkins, she is survived by sons, Patrick and Sheri Perkins, E. Rochester, Christopher and Ophelia Perkins, Rochester, Vernon and Kim Haigh, Rochester, Russell and Carol Haigh, Lebanon, ME., Leon and Cheryl Perkins, Farmington; daughter, Cheryl and Ronald Gray, Rochester; many grand and great grandchildren; sister, Doreen Desrosiers, Biddeford, ME; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by son, George Devens and sister, Julia Garland.
