DOVER - An undercover investigation in Rochester has led to the arrest of a Milton man on heroin trafficking charges.
John Sullivan, 33, of 27 Charles St., was arrested on June 15 on a Strafford County Drug Task Force warrant for two counts of sale of heroin as well as criminal liability for the conduct of another.
At the time of his arrest, Sullivan was in possession of the controlled drug Suboxone. He was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in the Strafford County Superior Court next month.
The arrest was made with the assistance of the Milton Police Department.
