Stillwater Circle Bridge project begins next Monday

ROCHESTER – The rehabilitation project on the Stillwater Circle Bridge is scheduled to begin next Monday, Aug. 4.

During the construction, only one lane will be open to alternating traffic, which will be controlled by temporary signals.
