DOVER, N.H. - A Rochester man has been indicted in an assault charge that resulted in another man breaking his ankle.

Andrew Clement, 33, of 15 Hussey Hill Road, was arrested in the felony assault on April 24.

Court records indicate Clement caused the victim to fall backward off of a sidewalk, causing him to break his ankle.

Clement faces up to seven years in prison if convicted.

The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down on Sept. 17 and released last week.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant a trial.
