Milton Rec looking for help for town Trunk or Treat

MILTON - Milton Rec is inviting folks to participate in the 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat at the Milton Spooktacular Halloween Celebration on Oct. 22 at Town Beach.

Milton Rec is sponsoring this event and it will be held at the Milton Town Beach from 5-8 p.m. to provide school age children with a safe and fun venue to celebrate Halloween.

As part of this event, they will be hosting a "Trunk or Treat," where children are invited to go from car trunk to car trunk and receive candy or treats much like they would if they were going door to door trick or treating.

There will be two trophies given out for Best Dressed Trunk (1st & 2nd Place). Each vehicle will provide their own treats to hand out to the kids as they come by. The families will vote on their favorite trunk and awards will be given at the end of the evening.

The Internet is full of fun ideas on different themes that others have used for this type of event. Trunk or Treat can be a lot of fun and gives you a chance to meet many of our local families and it's a great way to promote your business or organization to our community. Please consider joining us.

If you are interested in participating, please complete the Trunk or Treat registration form pasted below and return it to the address indicated below, or send it back via e-mail to recreation@miltonnh-us.com. Please respond by next Wednesday.

If you do not want to have a vehicle in the event, but would like to make a donation, this would also be greatly appreciated and we will see that your business is recognized for the donation. Either way, we truly appreciate your participation in our event.
