Milton man nabbed twice in one day

MILTON - A Milton man recently charged with heroin possession and forgery was arrested again earlier this month for failure to report as a sex offender to Milton Police. He was arrested the same day on forgery charges by Rochester Police.

Craig Wiggin, 36, of 31B Kingsbury Drive, was charged by Milton Police on April 10 with failure to report, a felony.

Wiggin was held at Strafford County Jail and was arraigned at 7thCirucit Court Rochester District on April 11. The arrest was a result of a warrant issued by the Milton Police Department after Wiggin failed to come to the Police Department prior to March 13 to register as required by State Law.

Wiggin’s next court hearing will be later this month at the 7th Circuit Court Rochester District Division for a Probable Cause hearing.   

Wiggin was also charged this month with trying to forge personal checks on separate individuals’ accounts at two Rochester banks and was arrested by Rochester Police on those charges on April 10.

On Feb. 17 Wiggin was charged with heroin possession after being stopped by Milton Police on a traffic stop. During that stop he was also arrested on a warrant from Milton Police for simple assault.
