DOVER, N.H. - A Milton man has been indicted in connection with a break-in at a Rochester apartment last summer.

Nathaniel Donato, 20, of 337 Governors Road, stands charged with burglary for his alleged unauthorized entry into a Shelby Lane apartment in Rochester on Sept. 14.

Court documents allege Donato broke into the apartment with the intention to commit a theft.

The charge, a Class B felony, carries a three and a half to seven year prison term if convicted.

The Strafford County grand jury indictment was handed down on Feb. 19 and released earlier this week.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to warrant a trial.
