ROCHESTER - Leo W. Dagenais, 91, of Gooseberry Circle died on Saturday, October 11, 2014, at the Rochester Manor.

Born February 8, 1923 in Dover, the son of William and Odiana (Crateau) Dagenais. He worked as a lineman and switchman for AT&T for 35 years.

Leo was a Veteran, having served in the United States Army, receiving many honors.

Leo was a Communicant of St. Charles Church in Dover, and more recently St. Mary's in Rochester.

He is survived by his wife of 68 years Doris Marie (Leblanc) Dagenais of Rochester; two sons, Ralph W. Dagenais and wife Paula of Dunnellon, Fla. and Marc T. Dagenais and Diane of Middleton; three daughters Doretta M. Kelsey and husband Robert of Clermont, Fla., Patricia Couture and husband Martin of Rochester and Susan A. Clauson and husband Paul of Gilford; 4 grandchildren, Erik Dagenais, Michelle St Laurence, Angela Rogers and Courtney Couture; three great grandchildren, Shamus, Erin and Shannon; and one sister, Claire Leblanc of Rochester. An infant son John predeceased Leo.
