LEBANON - Lebanon is full of tales about old schoolhouses that are haunted, so it shouldn’t be to anyone’s surprise that Sharon Thompson, owner of Schoolhouse Ice Cream on Baker’s Grant Road, would endeavor to add hers to the list.

For the first time ever the ice cream shop will double as a haunted house destination for Halloween season adventurers.

Thompson says while the display is designed to be spooky, it’s definitely “kid friendly.”

A $3 admission to the spookiness gets folks an ice cream cone (several available flavors) as well.

The haunting for October will continue Fridays and Saturdays from 5-8 p.m.
