Built in 1875, Milton Free Public Library is located on half an acre in the center of Milton Mills. Its unique architectural style is known as French Second Empire, with a mansard style roof, dormer windows, and a working bell tower.  The library was added to the New Hampshire Register of Historic Places in 2001.

The library will be closed while construction work for the new access ramp and second story egress takes place.  Hours may be abbreviated prior to this construction period, so patrons are asked to call ahead.
