GOPers Mullen, Parsons sweep District 1 seats

John Mullen Jr.

MILTON - Republicans made a clean sweep of District 1 with John Mullen Jr. topping all candidates with 1,119 votes.

Fellow GOPer Robbie Parsons also won a seat in Concord, with 1,091votes.

Meanwhile Democrats Larry Brown and Candace Cole-McCrea came up short with 823 votes and 525 votes, respectively.

Mullen garnered 372 votes in Middleton and 747 in Milton; Parsons, 286 in Middleton and 805 in Milton; Brown 180 in Middleton and 643 in Milton; and Cole-McCrea 173 in Middleton, 525 in Milton.
