Gingerbread house judging, celebration set for Dec. 18

MILTON MILLS - The Milton Free Public Library is again sponsoring a Gingerbread House Decorating Contest to be held Sunday, Dec. 18, at the VFW Toys for Kids Celebration. The excitement begins at 2 p.m. at the Emma Ramsey Center (Please bring your creations to the "Emma" by 1 p.m. for judging.)
In addition to the gingerbread contest, Betsy Baker, Director of the Milton Free Public Library, will read a seasonal story. Kids will also enjoy as special guest visit from a Jolly Northern visitor!
Look for new adventure backpacks available at the Milton Free Public Library thanks to an additional grant given from the Children's Literacy Foundation (CLiF)
