Gas station, convenience store in store for Exit 17

MILTON - A Mobil gas station and convenience store at Exit 17 in Milton is in the planning stages and expected to move forward.

The gas station will likely include a Mobil on the Run type convenience store, Milton Code Enforcement Officer Brian Boyers said today.

He said he expects the necessary approval process to proceed but no timetable on any construction was available.

It would be the first franchise type retail establishment to be located at the interchange, where routes 16 and 75 connect.

The business will sit next to Exit 17 Storage.
