Franchise forum set for Feb. at Granite Steak and Grill

ROCHESTER - The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, THINK Rochester and FranNet Franchising Experts will host a "Taking Charge of Your Career: Franchising and Other Business Ownership Options" to educate entrepreneurs about opportunities to open a local business in Rochester.

The event will be held Thursday, Feb. 16 from 7:30-9:30 a.m. at Granite Steak and Grill, 11 Farmington Road.

Tickets are $20 for Chamber of Commerce members, $30 for non-members

The seminar will cover how and when to pursue opening a franchise, how to finance the business, building a personal business model and identifying the biggest myths surrounding franchise business ownership, among other topics.
