DOVER - A Milton man on probation after serving time for a Milton burglary will go back to jail after he was found in violation of substance abuse rules associated with his release.

Dale Carpenter, 39, of 145 Pineland Park, violated probation terms when he tested positive for fentanyl, County Arrorney Tom Velardi said today.

Carpenter's 12-month jail sentence will be suspended as soon as he is approved to go back into a Strafford County drug program.

Carpenter had been serving time after being found guilty of felony burglary in connection with a July 8, 2013, break-in at a residence near his Pineland Park home.
