Dover police ask for public's help in shooting probe

DOVER - Dover Police are requesting the public's assistance in an investigation into a shooting that occured in the city over the weekend.
The shooting is said to have happened Friday night between 9:30-9:45 p.m. in the area of 12 Folsom St. One of the units in that building was struck by a single bullet fired from outside the residence.
A lone individual was in the unit at the time of the shooting, but no injuries were reported.
Dover Police Department Patrol and Crime Scene Unit officers responded and investigated the scene with the case now being handled by the department's Special Investigations Bureau.
