Blue Job autumn hike set for Sept. 27

Naturalist Art Slocum will guide a six-mile hike up Blue Job and Little Blue Job mountains in Farmington, N.H., on Saturday, Sept. 27, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Hikers will get to see 360-degree views from the 1200' top of Little Blue Job and more views from the fire tower atop Blue Job. Slocum will share some history of the area and information about nearby conservation lands.
Hikers are advised to bring plenty of water and snacks or lunch, but no pets please.
The event is free, but preregistration is required. Call Kari Lygren at 603.978.7125 to sign up.
