3 nabbed in shoplift incidents at Walmart, Signal St.

ROCHESTER - Rochester Police arrested three women on Thursday, including one from East Rochester, in shoplifting incidents at the Rochester Walmart and Signal Street Variety.

Amanda Parsons, 42 of Concord, N.H. and Nicole Sprague, 18, of East Rochester, were charged with willful concealment that occurred at Walmart.

They were both released on $1,500 personal recognizance pending arraignments next month.

Kim Lloyd, 47 of Farmington, was charged with two counts of willful concealment, which allegedly occurred in June at the Signal Street Variety store. She was also released on personal recognizance pending an October arraignment.
